Miss Katie's Crab Shack was founded in
2013 by chef Katie Marron. Katie's approach to food, flavour, and cooking is deeply inspired by her Maryland-based family roots, as well as her great aunt Lamar's southern US cookbook. 

With residencies in North Melbourne, Fitzroy, Brunswick East, and the CBD - Miss Katie’s Crab Shack has done the rounds of Melbourne. The crew are excited to have  "dropped anchor"
in Fitzroy once again!
