Miss Katie’s Crab Shack relies on orders being honoured by our clients, or adequate notice given of any changes. Accordingly the following conditions for your order apply - Miss Katie’s Crab Shack reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for orders which are:
a) cancelled,
b) reduced with less than 72 hours notice from collection date, or
c) no show or failing to show on the day.For bookings mentioned in point 1. a) b) &c) above a cancellation fee of 100% of their order cost will be incurred
Upon ordering your credit card details will be required to guarantee your order.
A member of Miss Katie’s Crab Shack will call to explain the cancellation policy and note your credit card details to be used in the event of a cancellation or no show.
