Miss Katie's Crab Shack was founded in 2013 by chef Katie Marron. Katie's approach to food, flavour, and cooking is deeply inspired by her Maryland-based family roots, as well as her great aunt Lamar's southern US cookbook.

Miss Katie’s Crab Shack has done the rounds of Melbourne, with residencies in North Melbourne, Fitzroy, Brunswick East, and the CBD, and is so excited Miss Katie’s is excited to have "dropped anchor"once again in Fitzroy.
